T.R.A.M

Earlier today I was on Metal Injection when I saw a post for a T.R.A.M interview as well as a live performance from this years SXSW. I knew that not only would I pop a Prog-metal boner but that I would be well satisfied. After about 30 seconds of the live clip i blew my Proggy load everywhere. For those who don't know, T.R.A.M is a "super group" consisting of Tosin Abasi from Animals As Leaders as well as Javier Reyes ,second seven string also from AAL, Eric Moore,on drums from Suicidal Tendencies, and Adrian Terrazas,sax from Mars Volta. My advice to you is, if you like AAL or any other prog/ instrumental metal bands be sure to watch their live clip HERE and watch their interview HERE. Be sure to grab their album that is going to be released later this year.

Sites to Visit: Metal Injection

My all time favorite Metal web is www.metalinjection.net. This site is ran by two guy from New York city but has many contributors including band members from The Red Chord and The Acacia Strain. The site is professionally done and has a very professional insight to the world of metal. A lone the site is awesome, but what really makes this site is the Metal Injection Livecast. This is a podcats that plays every week where some of the members of the site get together and talk about all kinds of stuff, rarely metal. The two hour podcast can be listened to like every Wednesday night. I highly recommend this site to all metal fans and recommend the podcast even more. 

Album Review: Kunt Puncher

One of my favorite grind websites is http://grindtodeath.blogspot.com/. This site provide tons of great free links to albums. The newest album provided album i snagged was TAKE DRUGS AND EAT A KEBAB by KUNT PUNCHER. I have never listened to Kunt Puncher in the past but i have listened to grindcore that sounds very similarto this album. If you like AGORAPHOBIC NOOSEBLEED's ALTERD STATES OF AMERICA you will like this Kunt Puncher album. I like the programmed machine gun blast beats, the chaotic mix of sound clips, and i love ,what i call, sadistic grindtechno. After listening to all 9 min. and 16 sec. I had to listen to it again. My advice to you is to go download it now.
